You must help us protect content, password protect the Service, and keep information up to date trust your account. Do not share account login information or give it to other people other access to your account.
The information you provide through ViCeph will be processed in accordance with the Fish Data Protection Act of Vietnam.
We collect and use the information users provide to improve and promote our Services.

Before submitting a claim against ViCeph, you must agree to resolve the dispute through negotiate with us. We will endeavor to resolve this dispute through email. If the dispute is not resolved within 45 days of submission, you or ViCeph may initiate formal legal proceedings.
You may only resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and may not make a claim as a plaintiff or class member in a class action, union or representative. We do not accept class arbitration, class action, actions of separate attorneys and in conjunction with other arbitrators.
